This is a post that will be updated regularly and contains the known errata of the book and any necessary corrections.

Page 6: The Fast Company link, under Communicating With Customers, was spelled http:

//www.fascompany.com. Instead, it should be http://www.fastcompany.com .

  2. hi,
    when I clicked ‘submit’ for my first comment, it went to a screen that informed me I must give my email address.

    OK

    So I clicked ‘back’—the only offering—and was back at the comment screen ready to enter my address.  Only thing is, MY COMMENT WAS GONE!  Thank heavens I only wrote 7 words and not 7 sentences or 7 paragraphs.
